Log tech interviews and track outcomes through the funnel

Log every interview. Coach writes prep. You mark the outcome.

Log an interview

When an interview gets booked — phone screen, technical, onsite, final — log it on /dashboard/interviews. Two reasons it matters:

  1. Your coach sees it — appears in the coach pipeline view, so prep can happen before the interview.
  2. Outcome tracking — once the interview happens, you mark it advanced / rejected / offer / ghosted. That's the funnel data we use to tune your scan profile.

How to log

  1. Go to /dashboard/interviews.
  2. Click Log a new interview (top-right of the Upcoming section).
  3. Fill: company, role, stage (recruiter screen → phone screen → technical → onsite → final), interview date.
  4. Save.

If the interview came from an email reply we classified, click Log interview in the inbox drawer — company and role pre-fill.

Mark the outcome

After the interview, return to the row and pick:

  • Advanced — moving to next round.
  • Rejected — they passed.
  • Withdrawn — you bowed out.
  • Ghosted — silence after the interview.
  • Offer extended — written offer.

What your coach does with this

Before the interview: writes prep notes (3-section guide — company background, likely technicals, behavioral questions). You'll see them on the row before the interview date.

After: reviews the outcome, adjusts the scan profile if a pattern emerges (e.g., consistently ghosted at technical → resume doesn't match the level being interviewed for).

If you want detailed prep for a specific interview, message your coach with the link to the row — they can write notes inline.
